At Ruchers du Pré Maingot, I raise around a hundred colonies of bees, for the production of honey, pollen and swarms. My hives are located in the Gâtine region (meadows and woods). When the weather is favorable, I harvest honey every month, from April to August, to obtain honeys of different flavors, reflecting the successive flowerings of spring and summer. The honey is packaged in 1 kg, 500 g and 250 g jars.
